Founded and operated by Toris together with the community. Mama Africa home of hope  Village is nestled in the heart of Bigodi, within the stunning Kibale Forest National Park.

Born and raised in this vibrant village, I have dedicated myself to preserving its natural beauty while sharing our rich cultural heritage with visitors.

Mama Africa is not just a cultural experience—it's a mission-driven initiative. The profits from the village directly support the Byabasita ECD School, a junior institution that provides education, food, shelter and care to vulnerable children in our community. This non-profit school, co-managed by myself, Juliet, and our local community, currently supporting 60 children, thanks to the contributions from Mama Africa and generous well-wishers. Our commitment goes beyond cultural preservation; it’s about nurturing the future by giving these children the love and resources they need to thrive.
